Shipping Information

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up 48 hours of processing. We ship using USPS PRIORITY MAIL from our shop in Seaside, Florida. We do not currently accept international orders. Sales Tax

Florida residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business we are unable to accept returns except for defective items. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at theartofsimple@icloud.com or 850.231.6748 for further instructions. Defective items must be received to us no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. Pack all items securely and enclose the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip.
